		<description>Hi Amanda,

I&#039;m a Starbucks Store Manager here in Vancouver, BC -- your canadian neighbor! Howard Schultz was here to kick a few weeks ago to kick off the Winter Olympics. He mentioned in his speech that 15th Avenue is currently training its baristas in foam/latte art. I am really excited about this because I am a huge fan when it comes to latte/foam art. I am currently putting together a whole new training program for latte art to be rolled out here in Vancouver. My store has been approved to be a Latte Art Concept Store by our Regional Director. Eversince, I put together a committee to work on the Latte Art Training Program. Just like the Barista 100 Level Training, we have put together training elements such as training plan, training certification, training modules, design chart (similar to beverage flashcard -- recipe), and even designed a new apron for certified latte artists. We are halfway through completion and we are putting together a training DVD in the next few weeks.

I&#039;m wondering if you have any current training program for latte/foam art. Who is in-charge of the training and is there any actual modules/videos for this kind of training? I am a latte artist myself and hoping to join in barista competition sometime soon. Please let me know if you have any current training program so we can gauge how we are doing with our training program. I would love to speak to you on the phone one of these days and our committee would love to drop by at your store for a visit one of these days! Is there a phone number where I could reach you? I guess you are the store manager? If not, please let me know who I can speak to about this matter. Thank you for your time Amanda!
